If we stay at the chalet on a
self-catering basis, are there restaurants close-by?
Chalet 'Les Erines' is in the village
centre of Châtel and very close to a number of good quality bars and
restaurants, many of which are suitable for children. Alternatively we can provide breakfast (£5/€7
per person per day) and/or a
3-course evening meal including wine (£18/€26
per person per night) in the chalet. We do however require at
least a couple of days' notice should you wish to make use of this
service.
What is there to do in Châtel with
children?
Châtel is a great holiday destination for

Can you pick us up/drop us off at Geneva
airport?
We can organise transfers to and from
Geneva airport for you at an additional charge. Please enquire at
time of booking.
Do you need a car to fully appreciate the area?
Chalet 'Les Erines' is in the village
centre of Châtel and close to many amenities/activities.
From the end of June to the beginning of September the free Châtel bus
operates in the resort. The bus stop is only 50 metres away up a
short flight of steps from the chalet. If you wish to travel
further afield then you will find a car useful.
Is there any parking at the chalet?
We do have outside parking facilities
close to the chalet. Alternatively you can make use of the
underground car park
in the village centre for a small fee. The car park is a 5 minute
walk from the chalet.
If we stay at the chalet on a
self-catering basis, what is included in the price?
The following are included: sole use of the chalet and all its
facilities, all utilities (electricity, gas, hot water), bedding and
towels, hairdryers and a Welcome Hamper. Please note the following
are not included: flights, airport transfers, insurance, activities/equipment,
logs for the wood-burning stove (these can be provided for a small
charge).
Are there any laundry facilities at the
chalet?
We have a washing machine and tumble
dryer for your use at a nominal cost.
Do you have directions if we're driving
to the chalet?
Yes. Please ask and we can send
these to you.
